We build each structure as a 3D model from the approved drawings, at true levels. Estimates, measurement sheets and bar bending schedules are taken from the same geometry — so the numbers can be checked.

GeoTangent LLP was incorporated in 2025 by Dr. Pawan Bhavsar (Ph.D., Water Resources Engineering with Remote Sensing & GIS, SVNIT Surat; former Head of Department, Civil Engineering) and Mrs. Priyanka Bhavsar (M.Sc., Mathematics). The partners bring 16+ years in public infrastructure and engineering education, and take on civil engineering tenders — government or private — across PWD, National Highway, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Irrigation and Water Supply departments. Estimates, checks and models are worked out in-house — Python, MATLAB, VBA and Excel.
