Dr. Pawan Nandlal Bhavsar, Ph.D.
A civil engineer with over 15 years of professional practice spanning large public infrastructure delivery and engineering education — including the planning, design and execution management of underground drainage schemes, sewage treatment plants, water supply systems and highways. Former Head of Department, Civil Engineering.
He works on the conviction that the fastest available gain for water scarcity is not a new dam but better use of what is already extracted — hence the firm's agricultural water and groundwater practice.
Mrs. Priyanka Pawan Bhavsar
Leads the analytical engine of the firm. Engineering software gives answers; mathematics tells you whether those answers can be trusted, how sensitive they are, and how to improve them.
Her work covers numerical methods, optimisation of designs and resources, statistical analysis, geostatistical interpolation, multi-criteria decision analysis and the mathematical foundations of the machine-learning models the firm builds — including the calibration and uncertainty analysis most consultancies skip and clients later pay for.
